A standard Business License (gross income over $100,000/year) is $15.00 through the Cheatham County Clerk’s Office. The annual renewal must be filed and paid electronically through the Tennessee Department of Revenue Taxpayer Access Point (TNTAP).

A minimal activity license (gross under $100,000/year) is $15.00 through the Cheatham County Clerk’s Office. The annual license is renewed through the Cheatham County Clerk's Office for $15.00.

Note: If your business is located within the Ashland City limits, you are required to purchase an additional license through the Town of Ashland City.
